Militia officers visit Minsk dwellers at home in the connection with 4 July blast. Minsk dwellers should answer the questions of a special form. The Charter’97 press center offers the text of the form.

Respondents must say their name and surname, what education they have, when they were graduated, say where they work and what post they take, say the address of their registration and living, give numbers of home, work and cell phones.

Militiamen are also interested what a respondent knows about persons who:

– are interested, produce or keep explosive agents, pyrotechnics, homemade explosive devices (firecrackers, squibs and so on);

– carry on unauthorised digging on sites of military operations of the WWII to find and sell ammunition and arms;

– possessknowledge and skills in chemistry, inclined to committing offences using pyrotechnical devices;

– extract opium with acetone, are interested in purchasing large amount of hydric dioxide;

– say they want to explode or warn a blast might happen;

– were at the concert and were eyewitnesses of the crime.

It should be noted that a militiaman, who files the form, must write whether he is sure in sincerity of a respondent. Variants of answers are “yes” or “no”.
