KGB regards “angels” march as political rally

An activist of the Yung Front Kasya Dalidovich was interrogated by a KGB officer in the dean’s office of the informational and documentary communications department of the University of Culture.

The representative of the secret services demanded the girl to confess she had take part in the rally held on February 14 and dedicated to St. Valentine’s Day. Kasya Dalidovich played a part of an angel, the press-service of the Young Front reminds.

Kasya Dalidovich was summoned to the dean’s office by a deputy dean without saying the reason. There was an unknown person in the office, who didn’t want to say his name for a long time, but after insistent requests said he was Dmitry from the KGB directorate of Kastrychnitski district of Minsk. He didn’t show the ID card. The KGB man had printed pictures of the rally on February 14 in Freedom Square, where Kasya was in a costume of an angel.

The man started a “preventive conversation” and demanded the girl to confess it was a political rally in which she was participating consciously.

Kasya Dalidovich sais she was taking part in a non-political rally to congratulate people on the holiday.

We remind that on February 14 the Young Front held a rally dedicated to St. Valentine’s Day in Minsk. During the rally dozens of its participants were beaten up and detained.
