A governmental decree regulating keeping records of the persons taking part in maintaining the state of emergency has been signed.
The document was signed on June 8 by First Prime Minister Uladzimir Syamashka.
Decree No734 is adopted in accordance with article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2002, on the State of Emergency. It determines the order of keeping records of the persons, who took part in maintaining the state of emergency and the persons responsible for the procedure. A sample questionnaire is attached to the decree.
The document comes into force on the day of its publication.
