Aliaksandr Kruty is being illegally imprisoned

The father of Inessa Krutaya, who suffered from the blast in Minsk metro, has been imprisoned for a longer time than it is provided by the article which he is being accused of violating.
“The father’s case is hanging in the air, they don’t even want to tell where the documents are. If they are in the court – it means he was found sane. Then he’s being illegally kept in a mental asylum. For that they should be imprisoned themselves, far away and for a long time”, - said the victim of the Minsk metro blast Inessa Krutaya, the daughter of Aliaksandr Kruty, whom the regime repressed for his statements made in court during the proceedings of the Dzmitry Kanavalau and Uladzislau Kavaleu’s case.
According to Inessa Krutaya, her father is being kept under the hatches for a longer time than it is provided by the article which Aliaksandr Kruty is being accused of violating. “My father is being accused of “hooliganism with special cynicism”. This is an incredible juggling, complete falsification. Moreover, he has already spent more time convicted, than the article prescribes. He spent half a year in an investigative isolation ward (as a suspect – which is also illegal), and in total he has been imprisoned for more than a year already. People spend in prison less time for more serious crimes. Thus law is being violated here and there”, - Inessa Krutaya says.
In the time of imprisonment Aliaksandr Kruty had his eyesight deteriorated and encountered problems with the teeth, his daughter pointed out. “Because of the detention in the investigative isolation ward his sight worsened to a large extent. And because of bad nutrition problems with teeth appeared”, - the girl says.
They refuse to give any information about her father to Inessa Krutaya, the victim of the Minsk metro blast said. “Wherever I called I was kicked out. I was told – you don’t a right to know anything. But that is my father! I wrote a letter asking three questions. Why my constitutional rights are being violated? Since what time emergency courts have been introduced in the country? According to which idiotic decree is it possible that they tell me neither the time nor the place of my father’s trial? Naturally they responded me nothing”, - Krutaya says.
For the reason that the father was illegally imprisoned, Inessa Krutaya and her mother can’t even go outside. “For half a year my father has been in a prison and for the time have been I. I can’t walk, I need assistance – but father can’t help me, he is being kept under the hatches. I’m like on house arrest. There was a healthy father in the house before and he would help. And now there are only two sick women, who need care. When I was healthy, I helped my mother. And now we both need help”.
