Atlant’s employees will not work in December

The administration of the close corporation Atlant, without agreeing that with workers, is transferring working days from December to summer months.
As one of the readers told Belarusian Partisan told Belarusian Partisan, at the close corporation Atlant for a number of years there has been a practice of transferring working days to summer months.
“The manufacturing schedule for a year is composed without workers participating neither with agreeing with them. A worker can’t spend holidays with family but has to be working in a workshop, where the temperature on some hot days reaches over 30 degrees”, - the enterprise’s worker complains.
Trade unions in their turn, despite numerous complaints from workers, don’t take any action in order to prevent the arbitrary rule of the enterprise’s administration.
