Kasinets extorts 15bn for fuel from enterprises

The Vitebsk region executive committee asks Vitebsk companies to donate 15 billion rubles.
The money is needed to buy biodiesel for farms, says decision No. 703 signed by Alyaksandr Kasinets on November 13, 2012, the online newspaper Narodnye Novosti Vitebska reports.
The sample agreement proposes that one of the companies should donate 300 million rubles (“which does not exceed 1% of revenue from selling goods and performing works and services in 2011”) for the agricultural sector.
Eduard Dzemyanau, the deputy chairman of the regional executive committee, the agricultural committee and financial department were appointed to control how enterprises agree to render sponsor support to farms.
