Lukashenka chained his watchdogs?

The Belarusian authorities continue to heat up tension in Belarus and take strange decisions.
As “Belorusski Partizan” learned from officers of the law-enforcement bodies (prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and KGB), they have been banned from visiting the EU countries, Turkey and Egypt.
A decision to forbid security service officers to leave Belarus was reportedly taken by Lukashenka. The KGB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have already prepared inside orders. The order for the Ministry of Internal Affairs was signed by acting interior minister Ihar Shunevich (minister Anatoly Kulyashou is reported to be on a sick leave). The order for the KGB was signed by Vadzim Zaitsau.
The orders prescribe to “temporarily restrict foreign trips for all officers”. The orders for official use were sent to chiefs of central offices and regional branches. All executive officers with the right to take such decisions in relations to staff received the orders.
Earlier, an officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the KGB was obliged to get permission from his chief. He wrote an application and underwent a special procedure. Now a full ban on foreign trip was imposed.
