Minsk frequently visited by Russian governors

Lukashenko met with three Russian governors within two weeks.

May 29, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko met with the Governor of Novosibirsk region of Russia, Vasiliy Yurchenko. Thus, this is the third Russian governor, who met with the head of state for the last 11 days.

During the meeting, Alexander Lukashenko stressed the need to develop cooperation in high-tech and knowledge-intensive industries, BelTA informs.

May 28, Lukashenko met with Governor of Tula region, Vladimir Gruzdev, while May 18 - the governor of Leningrad region, Georgy Poltavchenko.
