Igor Gayevsky as Deputy Healthcare Minister, Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Belarus;

Vasily Budkevich as Deputy Education Minister;

Sergei Rudoi as Deputy Education Minister;

Gennady Trubilo as Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services;

Valery Kovalkov as Deputy Labor and Social Protection Minister;

Viktor Karankevich as Deputy Energy Minister;

Sergei Semashko as Deputy Chairman of the State Standardization Committee, Director of the Energy Effectiveness Department;

Gennady Anufreyenko as Director General of the open joint-stock company Mogilev Strommashina Plant;

Eduard Gavrilkovich as Director General of the national unitary manufacturing enterprise Granit;

Grigory Kosyachenko as Rector of the educational institution Belarusian State Physical Training University;

Vladimir Kiselev as Director General of the open joint-stock company Belarusian Cement Plant;
