A reader of charter97.org reports about a shocking incident in the town of Orsha.
“A cash in transit security guard working for BPS Bank tried to shoot himself in a vehicle during working hours. He is at hospital now. The bullet went near the heart. There are rumours in the town he was pressed hard at work,” the reader of charter97.org website reports.
