Activists of Tadeusz Kosciuszko Foundation in the Netherlands carried out the action.
To the address of Lukashenka's administration was sent a parcel, full of soft teddy bears.
"Teddy Bears should congratulate A.G. Lukashenka Happy birthday and invite him to the International Criminal Court in The Hague", - said the organizers.
