An alley of famous countrymen is created to the Day of Belarusian Writing.
Busts to the famous countrymen are being installed in the 17 September Square in Hlybokaye. By now, there appeared monuments to founder of Hlybokaye churches Joseph Korsak, Prime Minister of the Belarusian People's Republic Vaclau Lastouski, founder of the Belarusian theatre Ihnat Buinitski, artist Yazep Drazdovich.
Later, they are going to install busts to revivor of neo hebraic Eliezer Ben‑Yehuda, poet Ales Dubrovich, avia-constructor Pavel Sukhi and General Pyotr Kazlou.
The official opening of the alley will take place on the Day of Belarusian Writing on Sunday.
