Leanid Kavalyou’s sentence to be pronounced today

The former head of Vitsebsk City Executive Committee and of the BRUY is accused of bribery.
He has pled not guilty.
Kavalyou’s trial is taking place in Minsk City Court. The sum of 2500 euro was mentioned earlier. The prosecutor has demanded to imprison the high-ranking official for 7 years.
