Fire on Ivetsevichdrev plant

A fire in the package shot of Ivetsevichdrev wood processing plant was reported at 6:37 a.m. on January 30.
The asbestos roof ( 55х29 m) of the building was in flame when the fire crew arrived. It was a one-storey brick building without an attic,” Ivetsevichski Vestnik website reports.
The fire destroyed the roof and damaged sawn wood products and equipment in the shop. No people were injured.
The shop had a two-shift system. The work ended at 2 a.m.
Seven water tenders of Ivatsevchy district emergency department and two water tenders of Byaroza district emergency department were used to fight the fire.
It's worth reminding that Alyaksandr Lukashenka ordered to speed up modernisation rates at wood processing enterprises.
