The ruler again violated his own decree on discipline.
Belarusian media didn't report about many details of Lukashenka's meeting with Rafael Correa Delgado, Narodnaya Volia newspaper writes.
The press service of the Ecuadoran president didn't hide the details.
Firstly, two Lukashenkas met him in Minsk, though the youngest son of the Belarusian ruler hasn't participated in international events at home before.
Secondly, Viktar Sheiman, the head of the Property Management Directorate, gave up his usual duties of a supply manager and attended the talks.
Maybe it's because he rolled out the red carpet on the marble floors remembering that presidents feared to slid on the floor and break a leg or an arm during the CIS Summit.
Thirdly, the top officials drank alcohol (vodka, not wine) during working hours in violation of the notorious presidential decree.
Forthly, the parties cheered up and exchanged gifts.
The president of Ecuador arrived in Minsk for an official visit yesterday. Representatives Belarus and Ecuador had talks in narrow and extended formats and confirmed their mutual interests in strengthening cooperation. Lukashenka visited the Latin American country in June 2012. It was the first official visit in the history of relations between the two countries.
Belarus and Ecuador established diplomatic relations in 1993.
