Website's tech support records hacking attempt

A powerful attack on charter97.org has taken place this morning.

Our visitors might have faced problems with accessing the website at 9:30 a.m.

Our technical support team reports that the site and server were scanned for vulnerabilities from the IP address 107.150.62.19. The server received a large number of requests for 10 minutes that slowed down the site's work and led to problems with the access.

This kind of attack is typical for hackers who look for vulnerabilities to choose targets for their further attacks. We do not rule out that the incident can be followed by hacking attempts or DDoS attacks.

The attack was repealed. A complaint to the American ISP that owns the IP address was sent. Our technical support team does its best to protect the website.
