The game against Atlant Moscow Region on 14 October in the KHL regular season was Alexei Kalyuzhny's 1,026th in his career, which is an absolute record.

Not long ago the forward set another important mark in his career posting 200 (81+119) points in the Kontinental Hockey League. Alexei Kalyuzhny earned 7 (1+6) points in 14 games of the KHL 2014/15 regular season.
