Working hours reduced by half at Homel plant

“Our plant was on 'holiday' on Friday and Monday. We will have to take an unpaid leave in November. Welders at the plant of self-propelled combine harvesters work half-day. It's the same old thing – people take an unpaid leave, the trade union does nothing,” he says.
