RNBO of Ukraine: There will be no new talks with terrorists at this point

The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (RNBO) does not see no reason to hold new talks like Minsk ones.

This statement was made at a briefing by a representative of the Informational centre of the RNBO Andriy Lysenko, “Ukrainskaya Pravda” writes.

“The protocol signed in Minsk on September 5, and the Memorandum, signed on September 19, are the grounds for resolution of the conflict in Donbas. There is no point in signing a new document until they are implemented,” Lysenka stated.

He noted that Ukraine expects the same from the other party.
