Brest dweller is tried for the writing “Russian army, go home”

Aliaksandr Akhmach at Day of military glory on September 8 appeared near Brest fortress with a poster “Russian army go home!”.

That moment everything was fine. But in the end of September he had a call from police office and it was proposed to take a meeting. When they met the policeman gave him a protocol to sign up, reports “Nasha Niva”.

According to the police, Aliaksandr Akhmach committed an offence: offered his social and political interests by means of the writing “Russian army go home” and participation in a flash mob – “deliberately planned mass event”.

Aliaksandr Akhmach acknowledged the document but not accepted. That was the end of the meeting. But in the end of October he was summoned to the police office again. The documents came up for renewal as they missed the constituent element of a violation.

The policeman drew up a new protocol where instead of the flash mob the definition “picket” was used. Aliaksandr Akhmach did not accept the version. Last week he got a request for summons. It may cause money penalty or short-term administrative punishment.
