Subscribers of the mobile operator Velcom complain fraud by the company.

It is stated in the letter received by charter97.org.

"Today, I've decided to check balance and it has turned out that I have an un-favourable balance for more than Br100. 000, though my tariff "Business + " provides a certain number of minutes within Velcom network and a bit of the Internet traffic. As I rarely do calls in other mobile networks and do not use any other services, I have been very surprised and decided to check out the reason for my debt. The subscriber phoned the customer service operator in order to solve the problem.

"It took much time to check it out but they didn't recognize their fault at once. The operator first said that this money was removed for changing the tariff, then for the equipment purchase by installments, and then when all options ran short, the operator finally confessed: "we have a technical error, the money will be returned to the account within a month". As it is said "better safe than sorry". I feel like they've just wanted to take out my money", he writes.
