Reservists called up for military training in Belarus

Charter97.org learnt it from relatives of one of the reservists.

“They are drafting people across Belarus on a large scale. 140 reservists from the district enlistment office in Vaukavysk were drafted today. If 140 men are called up from every district, it gives around 15,000 people in Belarus. We think it is due to the escalation of the Ukrainian situation.

The march Farewell of Slavianka was playing at one of the conscript centres in the city. Parents, wives, children were crying. Four bus departed for Hrodna. Those who were not drafted this time were warned that they can be called up at any time in the nearest two months,” relatives of reservists say.
