A man gave a severe rating to employees in a bank not far from Minsk for their denial to carry out a transaction.

The video footage has been sent to us by charter97.org viewer.

In the footage recorded per chance in one of Belarusbank departments in Nyasvizh district has demonstrated how a man was cursing and damning bank employees in response to their denial to transfer Belarusian rubles to a foreign exchange account. The denial had been given in oral form, and for almost 10 minutes the man was trying to receive a number of an official document concerning this problem, issued by the parent bank. And finally he wrote a complaint.

“Girl, there is the law of Belarus and enactments of the president and the Council of Ministers, according to them these transactions are carried out in any case. I haven’t understand, are the laws of Belarus not laws for you? I do not give a damn about your opinion, do you think I have lots of time and opportunities to run to your bank department? Where is the instruction of the parent bank that such transactions are not fulfilled? Don’t you have one? So I demand to carry out this transaction immediately.

Why are you laughing? Your laughter will end in a bad way, I answer for my words. Tomorrow I will go to your parent bank, and I have your name and the name of your boss with me. Even when there have been no dollars, this transaction was completed all the time, even when you were not here. Do you think I have nothing to do? Yesterday I was in Minsk, and the situation is different there, and such things happen only in villages, here and in Nyasvich. Give me an official instruction: its number, the order, I do not care about anything else. I have visited you already, but I withdrew my statement. Today is the second time. Either supply enough dollars, or do you work, I do not care about anything else,” he said.

Then he was given an opportunity to talk to the administration over the phone.

“Yes, I just wanted to carry out a transaction. So Belarusbank does not have dollars at all, do you? Are you sure? Wait, who cares? If you cannot carry out the transaction by bank transfer, do it in US dollars. I am paying a sum according to the exchange rate, and it is transferred to the foreign exchange account. No? Then give me the number of the order, and I will visit your head office. And give me your name. Girl, just don’t make me cause problems to you. Gurina? Alina Mikhaillovna? Ok. Supply dollars, and that’s be enough. Is it forbidden? Then show me the document about that and its number. I do not care about ‘a letter’. I need a number of an order,” he said stubbornly.

These days dwellers of other towns of Belarus, including Minsk, are complaining about shortage of foreign currency at exchange offices as well.
