Ministry of Trade closes six Hutka-Smachna stalls

The Ministry of Trade ordered on January 27 that six stalls of the Hutka-Smachna street food chain must suspend their work in Minsk.

The decision was taken after a number of inspections carried out together with the tax services, BelaPAN reports.

“The facts of failure to comply with the item list, violating temperature regimes for storing semi-finished products, selling products after the expiry date, violating rules by cash register assistants, etc. were revealed,” the Ministry of Trade says.

The ministry ordered the stalls to suspend their work for seven days.
