As said by him, in the moment he was going to leave the border crossing point, he was redirected for detailed examination. It was held by representatives of three agencies at once: border guards, customs officers and officers in black uniform. The deputy could not find out to what agency they belonged.

The officers examining his things were interested in the documents in the car of Valery Bilibukha, decisions of the congress and the National Council of the BCD, the list of the National Council’s members, letters, independent publications and even drafts of the deputy.
