Freedom Day march to be held under slogan “Together for peace and independence”

Celebration of the anniversary of the date when the Belarusian People’s Republic (BNR) was proclaimed is to be held under a slogan “Together for peace and independence.”

At the session of the organizing committee for celebration of Freedom Day it is decided to mark this day by a traditional demonstration in Minsk. The march is to start from the Academy of Science and end in Bangalore Square with a concert in the Park of Peoples’ Friendship, BelaPAN informs.

The application to Minsk city executive committee is to be sent by the chairperson of the organizing committee for creation of the association Young Christian Democrats association Maryna Khomich and the chairman of the Belarusian People’s Front party Alyaksei Yanukevich.
