Participants' data of mourning rally recorded

Near the Russian Embassy in Minsk a rally in memory of murdered politician Boris Nemtsov was held.

About twenty people have responded to the appeal of Anatol Liabedzka, the leader of United Civic Party, to appear today at 3 pm at the Russia's Embassy with a candle and flowers, Radio Svaboda reports.

Most of them are United Civic Party's participants.

They laid flowers and lit candles in memory of murdered politician Boris Nemtsov. Some participants wanted to record words of sympathy in the mourning book. However, it turned out that the Embassy did not have it.

"So far everything is ok, the Deputy Chairman of the UCP Antanina Kavaliova said. -The only thing is that journalists suffer. The Embassy has prohibited shooting even the procedure of laying flowers, as well as the diplomatic building. And police monitor the situation closely".

After some time the bus with riot police arrived at the Embassy. However, they did not carry out arrests. One of the participants heard a riot policeman spoke on the phone: "We do not have an order for a detention."

Policemen wrote down names of the participants.

Yesterday activists laid flowers at the Russian Embassy in Minsk in memory of murdered Boris Nemtsov, and then held a small rally in Kurapaty. Representatives of European Belarus, the solidarity movement "Razam", public association "Alternative" participated in the action.
