White-red-white flag hung out in Vitebsk

Activists of Young Belarus congratulate residents of Vitebsk on the Freedom Day.
They hung out a national white-red-white flag, which is banned by the authorities, on a block of flats at the corner of Maskouski Avenue and Chkalov Street.
The Minsk authorities permitted to hold a rally tomorrow on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the proclamation of the Belarusian People's Republic. Participants will gather near Kastrychnik cinema at 15:00.
