Highly profitable enterprises to be dispossessed

36 highly profitable enterprises will be forced to share profits.

36 highly profitable enterprises will transfer a part of profit to budget fund. Decree No. 295 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus of April 13 has specified the list of highly profitable organizations (on results of work for 2014) which contribute to the state budget fund for national development a part of their profit (income). Today the document is published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA reports.

There are some enterprises: РУП Computing Centre of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, РУП Belstroytsentr, Beltelecom, Belzheldorproject Institute, a Belarussian Transport Research Institute Transtekhnika, Beldorsvyaz, OAO KB-Radar, OAO Belaruskali, OAO Grodno tobacco factory "Neman", Gomeltransneft, Poloczktransneft Druzhba, Mingorspravka, OAO MAPID, УП Minskproekt.

The document specifies that highly profitable organizations contribute to the state budget fund of national development a part of their profit based on work in 2014, calculated and transferred to the budget in accordance with Decree No. 637 of December 28, 2005 "On calculating a part of the profit of state unitary enterprises, public associations, non-commercial organizations to the budget, as well as income from the republican and communal property shares (interests in authorized funds) of business entities and on the establishment of the state budget fund for national development", by equal parts monthly during the current year, beginning with the month following the month of entry into force of this regulation.
