Viktar Shaputska, the Sharnobylski Shliakh participant, is released from Savetski Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk.

He was detained in the end of the action.

After the release he shared information with Radio Svaboda.

“They checked my documents, all personal belongings, fingerprinted, took photos and released, and warned about something. I guess they checked whether I was a Ukrainian. They are afraid of Banderites here. During the action I was carrying the Ukrainian flag on my shoulders and poster in my hands “Russian Empire – Donbas and Chernobyl”. We took away the poster, I gave the flag to my wife, and I was simply forcibly taken to the police van and driven to the police department. They warned me and released. Their computer was out of order, that is why it took so long”, Viktar Shaputska said.

Civil rights activists say Vital Kalinouski was detained as well.
