Lukashenka: "All sponges to be made work"

The dictator states a new tax is just the first step.

He stated it during the meeting with Slauharad and Slauharad district dwellers, BelTA informs.

He noted some citizens criticized the "Anti-sponger" decree. In this regard, he said: "Honest people will not be offended, and idlers will be made work."

"This is only the first step, he said. -Everyone must work. Everything should be fair. We will monitor the situation to find out what is better. We need to "find" alcohol addicts, thieves, and spongers. This is a serious problem."

It should be reminded that Lukashenka signed the Decree on spongers on April 2. The unemployed will pay a fee of 20 basic units. There is a fine from 2 to 4 basic units or administrative arrest for non-payment of the fee.
