The Moscow region military court found 22-year-old Kiryl Silivinchyk, a Homel native, guilty of violating the article “Public justification of terrorism or public calls for terrorist activity”. The Belarusian posted a call of solidarity with Ukraine and joint struggle against Russia's terrorist threat on his page on VKontakte social networking site. He was sentenced to two years in an open-type correctional facility. Kiryl Silivonchyk serves his term in Russia.
