Belarusians supported the national hockey team at the game with Denmark with national flags.
Big white-red-white flags were on stands, as well as huge banner with “Žyvie Biełaruś!” inscription, Nasha Niva reports.
It should be reminded that Belarus won 5-1 (0:1, 3:0, 2:0) and earned three points that keep them in the playoff hunt in Group B in Ostrava. The next game is planned for May 7 with the USA (17:15, Беларусь 1 TV channel).
