Oligarch Yapryntsau and his son arrested?

Details about the arrest of Uladzimir Yapryntsau (Vladimir Yaprintsev), one of the most influential oligarchs in Belarus, have appeared.

As Tribuna.com learnt, his son Kazbek was also detained.

Kazbek Yapryntsau, a co-owner of IT company Yamix Group that develops own internet projects, among them tourist, B2B and car information projects, as well as footballtop.ru website.

Kazbek Yapryntsau also worked as a manager at Triple.

It became known yesterday that Uladzimir Yapryntsau, one of the most influential oligarchs in the country, a friend of billionaire Yury chyzh and a co-owner of Triple company, was arrested by the KGB.

The house of Yapryntsau in Drazdy suburb was sealed off on August 17 at the decision of the KGB of August 12.

The businessman was earlier reported with a link to “reliable sources” to have been detained some days after his return from Moscow. He was arrested by special operation forces.
