The programme of the UN summit to adopt the post-2015 development agenda, which is due to open in New York on September 25, has been published.

It is reported by TASS news agency. According to preliminary schedule, Russian president Vladimir Putin will make a speech at the UN on September 27, the last day of the summit where the post-2015 development agenda is expected to be adopted.

About 150 heads of state and government, as well as foreign ministers of UN member states, are expected to participate in the summit.

The Russian president will make a speech on September 27 during the session that starts at 09:00 (New York time). Vladimir Putin is the 17th speaker on the list, followed by a representative of San Marino and president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Presidents of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and Belarus Aliaksandr Lukashenka are the 13th and 15th respectively. It is expected that a representative of the US (most likely president Barack Obama) and leaders of Argentina, the UK, France and Japan will make speeches in the second half of the day.
