The UCP candidate wasn’t admitted through the control lodge at two enterprises at a time.

“The democracy mayhem in Biaroza seem to come to an end,Aliaksandr Kabanau, the candidate from the United Civil Party in Biaroza electoral district, has informed on August 16. – They didn’t let me go through the control lodge at two enterprises at a time. The overhaul factory had electricity problems, the Heat Instrument Factory has sent their staff to non-paid leaves today. Their parking space is filled with cars though. Yesterday there were advertisements announcing a meeting with the candidate. Does this look like a coincidence?”

Aliaksandr Kabanau is a builder, an entrepreneur. He coaches judo, sambo, karate-do. At present, he handles his own household, solving agricultural issues. Aliaksandr is running at Biaroza electoral district #9, unemployment remains the main problem of its inhabitants. A huge number of local dwellers work abroad.

He started the agitation period of the electoral campaign very actively, met with the working collectives. He planned to talk to the working collective of the road maintenance department at 8 a.m. on August 17, and to the working collective of the building administration – at 8 a.m. on Thursday. “I do it in the morning because everyone is at their working place then, so I go around the enterprises,” – Aliaksandr explains.

He suspected that the thaw could end: "Another two companies have agreed, today. Still, tomorrow they may refuse ... "

At present he plans a big meeting on Friday, August 19, from 18.00 to 19.00 in the city house of culture "We have advertisements at all enterprises, the district commission has published an ad in the newspaper. We will look at the activity of the electorate," - the candidate says.

Well, then, let’s see what will happen to the house of culture by Friday. What are your rates: Water? Sewer? Typhoon? Alarm status?
