Other Currency Restrictions to Come?

In the evening, January 14, BSB clients faced difficulties with currency-buying by SMS-banking.

Euroradio found out that it was allowed to transfer not more than $50 from ruble to currency bank card.

BSB bank employee: “Currency limitation - $50 a day.

Withdrawal of currency from a bank card is also suspended. The expiration date is not specified.”

As we are informed, other banks have no such restrictions.

It should be reminded that on January 14 dollar exchange rate exceeded Br20 000 per $1 in many banks.
