As it happens, Kolia Lukashenka does not appear in the official Belarusian media release on the ruler's visit to Azerbaijan. At the same time the Azerbaijani media have published a photo of the boy with his dad sitting at the table with Aliyev and his wife. How did it happen? This question is answered by Salidarnasts.

It is difficult to assume that Aliaksandr Lukashenka’s press service, being aware of the awkwardness of the moment, would suddenly take the liberty to remove Kolia Lukashenka from the photos.

The boy is nowhere to be found. At the end of it, the press-service couldn’t erase him in Photoshop, could it?

It is clear that the decision to "hide" Kolia has been taken by Lukashenka. It is not a secret why. The media have long questioned, whether the dictator’s son helps his father to solve political issues in school time too often. What is such a serious need to take urgently a pupil off from school and place him at the negotiating table with presidents or take to the UN General Assembly?

One thing is when a father takes out a son during his holidays, – journalists have already drawn attention to the fact that, during the holiday period, Lukashenka immediately finds pressing political issues to discuss with the sea partners. At least, one can appreciate father's care in this case.

Once upon a time, when Kolia was little, the dictator explained the son’s presence with his strong attachment.

"Frankly I tell you that if I am not at home, he (Kolia) does not sleep, eat, he is not a child at all. He is attached, like a tail, and it is not for the first year. I have to take him to my foreign trips, because he will not sleep, he will be done to a frazzle. He sleeps and eats with me on the plane, – he is attached to his father. Well, do I have to push him off, does he bother me?"

It seems that now, when the boy is 12 years old, he is able to sleep and eat on his own, without the dad. Lukashenka realizes that himself, that’s why we can see the boy less.

However, this does not mean that at this time Kolia is studying thoroughly school textbooks. The official design has simply been modified.

But the foreign media are often not aware of the intricacies of the life of the young student, and always snitch Kolia and his dad out. As a result, no matter what they did, holding him back on the plane, while the father was being photographed, hiding him, while laying the flowers, the boy still “materialized” in a photo, making the already awkward situation even more awkward.
