Mikalai Statkevich: We Will Continue Campaign "Return Power To People!"

Campaign that aims to return the power to the people is one of the most important on the Belarusian National Congress agenda.

According to one of the opposition leaders Mikalai Statkevich, Program and Organizational Commissions of the Belarusian National Congress have formulated proposals on issues to be included in the agenda of BNC Council, which is to gather on December 7.

The Commissions suggest that Rada should consider the following issues:

formation of regional coalitions;

adoption of symbols of BNC;

socio-economic situation in the country;

threats to the independence of Belarus;

plan for continuation of social and political campaign "Power to People" in 2017.

Also, by the order of the BNC Council, commission members have sent a letter to the Minister of Defense of Belarus. The letter will be made available to the public later.
