National Statistical Committee estimated the amount of resources that citizens had in July-September 2016.

According to official statistics, about 51% of Belarusians have up to 350 Belarusian rubles per month per capita. And 4.6% of the population have less than 150 Belarusian rubles, 7.6% have 150 – 200 Belarusian rubles, while 14.7% have 200 – 250 Belarusian rubles, "Solidarity" writes.

Thus, every second Belarusian have less than $ 180 in dollar equivalent per month.

Note that the average per capita available resources are the resources available to a household at a specific period of time and which are used for personal expenses or for making savings.
