This dictator has expressed his readiness to fulfill any wishes of the IMF to get the loan.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka has stated this today, taking a report of Minister of Foreign Affairs Uladzimir Makei, BelTA informs.

“The president of Russia and the prime minister not only promised it. They decided to support the Belarusian economy regardless of how hard the situation in Russia can be,” – Aliaksandr Lukashenka said, speaking about the results of his recent meeting in Sochi with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The dictator went on saying that during these meetings the sides had discussed in detail many problems and agreed to get out of the current economic situation together.

Putin’s promises influenced Lukashenka’s rhetoric regarding the loans of the International Monetary Fund.

“If they support Belarus, as we have asked, will be grateful, but if they do not, let them be”, - the dictator claimed.

“The negotiations with them should be held taking into account our position and what we have promised to them,” - Lukashenka said. However, he stressed that he was ready to fulfill any fund’s wishes to get the credit. “We are going to implement their proposals, no matter how difficult it could be,” – the governor concluded.
