Russian Troopers Are To Participate In Joint Russian-Belarusian Maneuvers

Joint tactical military exercises of Airborne Troops units of the Armed Forces and special operations forces of Belarus are to be held in Ulyanovsk Region from March 29 to April 1.

“Militarymen of special forces mobile teams of the Armed Forces of Belarus arrived at Vastochny airport from Brest just before. Troopers of Ulyanovsk airborne unit will represent Russian Armed Forces at the international exercises,” – the statement says.

The troopers of the two countries will work together during the exercises to develop practical actions on illegal armed formation destruction in isolation from the main forces at a certain operational direction.

The total number of involved troops from Russia and Belarus will be more than 250 people and 50 units of military equipment.
