Military Helicopter Tips Over While Landing Near Mazyr

No victims are reported among the helicopter crew.

A military helicopter tipped over during the training flights 6kilometers North-West from the city of Mazyr.

The press-center of the Ministry of Defense informs that the incident happened at 4.20 p.m. on April 25. The Mi-24 helicopter of the 50th United Air Base of the Air Forces and the Defensive Counterair Troops of the Armed Forces was conducting a planned landing to the ground outside the airfield.

The crew members have been reported to be alive. There are no destructions in the landing ground area.

The Ministry of Defense has appointed a commission to define the reasons for the incident.
