As charter97.org wrote, on April 28 at about 2 p.m. a man climbed a tower crane in Minsk at Dinamo stadium, which is being rebuilt now.

“It has been established that the citizen is a dweller of Vitsebsk, born in 1991, a finisher. According to preliminary information, he had not been paid for his work in Vitsebsk, so he decided to demand compensation in this way. However experts continue to find out the reasons and motives of these actions,” – the spokesperson of the Main Directorate of the Internal Affairs of Minsk City Executive Committee Aliaksandr Lastouski said. As said by him, the company owed the Vitsebsk dweller several tens of millions of rubles.

The man had spent more than 5 hours on the top of the crane in total. At 6.15 p.m. he started to go down. When the man was on the ground, people in working clothes came up to him, took him by the arms and placed in a white minibus. It is unknown who those people were.
