Yarmoshyna: Proud To Serve “Union State”!

Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus Lidzia Yarmoshyna has been presented the honorary badge of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation “For merits in organizing the elections.”

The award was presented in Minsk on May 17 by Russian ambassador Alexander Surikov, BelaPAN reports.

“I am authorized by the CEC of Russia to present you with this honorary badge for your services in organizing the elections,” – he said.

Presenting the honorary badge and flowers, Surikov added: “Serve Belarus honestly.”

“Proud to serve the “Union State”!, – Yarmoshyna said, who has been heading the Central Election Commission since December 1996.
