Salary of Public Sector Employees To Depend On Physical Culture?

The Belarusian government is supposed to elaborate suggestions on changing the payment system of the public sector employees.

"The Council of Minister has been authorized to assure submitting of suggestions on changing the payment system of the employees of the budget organizations, taking into account the sectorial specific and the labour results, for the state leader’s consideration in due course ", — stated in the protocol of orders, given by Lukashenka in his message to the Belarusian people and the “parliament”.

The document prescribes that the above-mentioned suggestions on changing the payment system of the public sector employees should be presented for the state leader’s consideration before January 1, 2017.

Lukashenka has also authorized the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus to elaborate recommendations for the CEOs of organizations on active implementation of forms and methods of moral and material stimulating of the employees who keep a healthy lifestyle and enjoy physical culture and sports.
