The KGB offered Yapryntsau Jr. To give them information about Yry Chyzh’s business.

Try on accusation against Vladimir and Kazbek Yapryntsau goes on in Minsk. Yury Chyzh appeared in the court today – he was interrogated as a witness.

Kazbek Yapryntsau asked Chyzh what offshore companies he had owned before the 2012, tut.by informs.

– That's got nothing to do with this case, – Yury Chyzh answered.

– But the CEO in Edena is the same as in this company, – Yapryntsau junior noted. This note was left without answer.

– Do you know about the meeting between Sviatlana Yapryntsava and Mamiashvili and the threats that took place in February, 2016?

– I know nothing about that, – Chyzh cut short.

– Do you know that approximately six months after my detention I was invited to the KGB and offered freedom in exchange for the information about your business? I refused. Because there’s something that is more valuable than the money and freedom. I can recommend you the same thing, – Kazbek Yapryntsau said.

– This is confidential information, – Chyzh parried.

Uladzimir Yapryntsau: so, there’s no trust in me?

Then Uladzimir Yapryntsau asked questions to his already former partner.

– Have you ever lent someone money for a company? – Yapryntsau senior asked Yury Chyzh.

– Yes, I have.

– Did they always return them?

– No, not always.

– Why haven’t you filed a suit against them? So, you don’t trust me? You know, people owe me big money…

Chyzh noted that he was raising the money for joint projects.

– Has anybody filed a report to the KGB against us when we didn’t return the money on time? – Yapryntsau asked.

Chyzh answered that he and Yapryntsau bear consolidated responsibility for debts.

– Did you know that I was signing papers on behalf of the company? – Uladzimir Yapryntsau asked.

– Post factum.

– So, it appears that I steal the documents… This is in the case files – you tell me “Volodya, you need to stop signing this”… When we were re-registering the shares, I felt bad and I was taken in intensive care for treatment. Did you know that I got in the intensive care?

– Yes, I knew.

– Why didn’t you even call me?

– What are all these questions for? – Chyzh asked in irritation.

– What about a moral image? It is important to know, – Yapryntsau senior said.
