Minsk Tax Authorities Levied $ 172,000 From “Social Parasites”

As on July 1, 2016 more than 1,250 Minsk residents paid the tax on “social parasitism.”

The total sum of fees amounted to 3.4 billion “old” rubles, Minsk-News reported today.

The people who do not work and have not paid taxes or worked less than 183 calendar days in 2015 are supposed to pay this tax.
