Anatol Lyabedzka: Courts Getting Confused By Their Own Sentences
ANATOL LYABEDZKA

The department of compulsory execution summoned the UCP leader, but they don’t remember there with regard to what case.

The leader of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka was summoned to the department of compulsory execution of Tsentralny district of Minsk, ucpb.org reports. Reason – an unpaid fine.

“The materials they have sent don’t make it clear what lawsuit is in the question. There were 15 of them during the last year. I was invited for the trial, which will take place on Thursday, but, simultaneously, they have already sent me a notice of seizure of my car and of the car belonging to my wife. Additionally, I received papers, informing me on the prohibition of transactions involving my garage. I consider such promptness to be a fact of pressure on me. Currently, I have been doing something for which I have been brought to administrative responsibility 15 times – I contact actively with people. Evidently, it causes nervous reaction of the authorities. They cannot prosecute me during the campaign, that's why they are trying to pull my nerves using past cases. I don’t think they will be able to put me off my working schedule. I plan a trip to Homel region in the coming days. So let them seek me in Polesye,” – the leader of UCP said.
