Another Accident At Astravets NPP

Astravets activist Mikalai Ulasevich states that a man died at the NPP construction site on Friday.

Mikalai Ulasevich wrote that on his Facebook page.

“Here is another state of emergency at the NPP construction site. Yesterday, at about 17-00 a man died after an oxygen tank fell on him and then exploded. It is the ninth or tenth victim of this ill-fated construction.

This is not a global scale emergency like the one with the reactor vessel, but it is a universal scale tragedy for the deceased’s family.

And there is some more alarming news. The Russians allegedly refuse to replace the damaged reactor vessel, contrary to the requirements of the Belarusian side. They have taken this position, having examined the reactor vessel. People, watch out!” – the activist writes.
